My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff was very helpful and kind, the room cleanliness left much to be desired with visible signs of lack of proper hygiene. The location was convenient for my visit, but the dining options were very limited.

The room I stayed in was not that clean with odd toenail clippings on the floor. There was also a disturbing finding of feces in the toilet when I first entered the room. However, the sound insulation was poor as I could hear someone snoring in the room beside us.

The staff, especially Staci, was very helpful. Staci noticed an issue with my reservation and promptly resolved it upon my arrival. However, the efficiency in the check-in/out process could be improved.
